Large-scale industrial grade ozone generator is composed of gas supply system, ozone generation system, cooling system, power system, center control & monitoring system, dosing & exhaust destroyer system.
Atoms of oxygen of the gas source are split by high voltage ionizer inside the generator and then the atoms recombine to ozone. Typically, gas source are mainly inclusive of air, packed oxygen (LOX) and oxygen generated on-site. OGA-L series utilizes air source.
Since ozone quickly decays under high temperature, a stable cooling system plays a key role in the whole system. It ensures not only concentration of ozone, also stable performance of the whole system.
Control and monitoring system is heart of the system. It integrates various sensor, controls the production as per preset procedure, monitors performance and operation status of the system. Gas source supply, ozone production and rated power are programmable for auto-operation.
